Hemi plug wires

I'm new to the 5.7 Hemi, and I would like to know if, when you change the plugs, do you also replace the wires, like on older vehicle?

Thanks!

You're in the WK section. Not sure if your profile is correct, but it says you have a WJ.

Depends on the year, these WK's only had Hemi's with plug wires for the 05 model. After that it's a single coil for each cylinder and no wires.

Hemi plugs are to be changed every 30k, I'd probably do wires every other plug change. If I had wires...

Sorry, I should have clarified a little. I do have a WJ, but just bought an 05 WK. When should I change wires?

When I bought my '05, I went with the Taylor 'shorty' wires (as seen in this old thread: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f67/hemi-shorty-wires-1102012/ ).. Can't say that it helped or hurt performance, but it sure did clean up the engine bay :-)
As seen in this stolen image from the above linked thread (not my photo)..

CRCs - Where is the best place to buy these? Will they be listed to fit a Jeep?

Think you actually mean two years. 05 & 06. I got rid of the wasted spark setup on my 05 and haven't looked back.

I got mine from Summit also ( http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tay-82641 )

Great fit, I've been very happy with them.

Thanks for the replies! Looks like I'll be going the shorty wires route.
