Help.... Transmission acting up. What is it?

So this morning I went a cranked up my jeep, put in reverse and all it did was high rev and slowly back out. I put it into drive and same thing. Three are no lights on the dash. It's not cold here and it was fine yesterday. Any ideas? The link below has a video of what's happening ( sorry for the video turning)

Have you checked your fluid level?

Did you use Mopar approved fluid? Also, has the trans filter been changed?

If you let it idle in park for 10 min does the problem go away?
The first thing to check fluid level. Then try a simple battery disconnect for 5 minutes, then power it back up and try it again. See if any of these make a difference.
