help with 2 inch Rough Country lift install

I purchased the 2 inch lift from rough country and installed them with out a problem. Well the rear went without a hitch. The fronts... I figured while I have everything opened up I might as well purchase and install new struts. I have the truck on jack stands as of now and can't lift the lower control arm to fasten the sway bar, tierod, and ball joint bolt. One, it keeps slipping off the jack because the lca is super flexed cause of the new struts and two, when I do catch and get a lift the whole truck raises off the jacks stands and still don't have the clearance to fasten bolts. What do I do?

Are your springs on the struts compressed?

No. Springs are not compressed. Ended up getting a crossbar for my 4 ton jack and lifting the truck via the LCA's just until I could install the bolts on the UCA. All is good now. Thank you all!

The trick for people who read this or if you do this again -- rent spring compressors and it won't be an issue.
