Headlight Aiming

I have a 2006 WK, I can easily see the screw to aim the headlight left or right, but where is the screw to raise and lower the aim of the headlights?

There's a torx on the top that has L -- R written in the plastic.

OK, so R and L means raise and lower not right and left? Does it raise and lower the high beams or the low beams or both? I can not see any other adjustment.

It only adjusts the low beam.
