H.I.D. issue

so i put hid's in my cherokee and the fog lights work great. however the head lights didn't. they fire up just fine but when i turn the lights off they turn into strobe lights for about a minute or so. I thought it was a bad kit so i had the company send me another one. only this one does it too. so now i am thinking it has something to do with the vehicle. anyone know whats going on or have solution?

Have you contacted the company about this issue? What about googling it?

Yes. Company has not sent a response and all I have found through google were questions and complaints about the same thing but no answers. I was hoping someone here has experienced the same and was able to come up with a solution
