Front axle vent tube - what does it mount to?

When I removed my lower skid plate and found the front axle vent tube dangling. Can someone tell me where to mount it? There doesn't seem to be an obvious location.

Strut tower mounting stud. Right at the coolant reservoir. It just slides over top the stud and sits on top of the nut.

Yes on passenger side. Or zip tie it up somewhere higher.
