Talked to Jonathan at Steel Armadillo Friday ....Sounds like the 12 bolt is coming soon.... his qoute... "They have the CAD on the billet dif cover completed, All I need is a price and photo sent to me and I will post it."


not stock WK and still working on it
almost modified OME HD

If one had access to simple metal fab tools, one could pull the diff cover and model a new one based on that.

Band saw/substitute
Drill press/substitue
Tap set
Mig/Tig welder

That would cover it pretty much, other than the steel and measurement tools.
It's not exactly precision work, there is a reason you can use RTV in place of the diff gasket.

Or fork over $275 for a casting that you won't use for anything other than bling bling

If I can get some time, I am going to get some fabricated steel ones made up. I have the cad just need to send the files to a shop I use to get the flange and cover laser cut then cnc bent.

I would grab one for sure... maybe not at $275, but I'd still want one!!!
$180 -$200~ sounds a bit better...

They won't be that much more inline with other fabricated covers.
