Were you able to use some durable wire snips to cut that expanded metal or did you all go crazy with plasma cutters

Standard tin snips work just fine.

I guess I will post up a pick of mine! Went with the 3/4" and painted it graphite.

What is the grill material made of that you bolted the expanded metal to?

If it's plastic that whole thing will just blow out on the first branch.

Is your front grill metal?

The entire grill is just plastic so a good sized branch would be bad news no matter what. Although I am sure this would fare better than the OEM set up.

It is a Rigid Industries E-series 20" LED bar! It is mounted in the Matrix crossbar. Without the fairlead in the bumper it would have fit perfectly right under the crossbar.

Nice! These WKs look so good with these grills. I don't know what took me so long to finally do it. Great job!

Looks good Jordan. I think you're the first I've seen to run it horizontally. I was just thinking about this today as I was washing one of the work trucks (F150). It had the same pattern in the grill.

I like the originality. I had made my middle slat like that but it looked weird with 6 of them going one way and just 1 going horizontal.
