Dog barrier?

Any suggestions regarding a dog barrier to keep my two beagles in the cargo area on trips? The stock netting seems pretty flimsy, not to mention needing to drill.

My sheltie stays back there without any netting.

How about something like those expandable gates that stretch out across the door opening to keep baby's from crawling out of a room. A place like Toy's R US should have them. Might be able to make it work in the back of your jeep. Just place it behind the rear seat. Just an idea.
