A different yellow wire problem

There's no power going to the yellow wire.. Could this only be the WIN/ignition switch problem?

Basically, I'm trying to trace the wire but I'm not sure where it goes. The only yellow wire I can find leading to the WIN is yellow with a stripe.

Thanks

there is also a relay for the starter. Have you checked for power there?

I swapped relays around.

I guess I'll have to hope a new ignition switch/WIN does the trick.

JKM, you're on the money. No power going to relays 47b and 48b.

It looks like I'll have to take the fuse box apart and have a look. Maybe rewire those connections.

Anyone have any advice? Anything may help!
