commander springs? stiffer then gc?

As the title reads, r they? Would it be a noticeable difference from stock?

Yes they are stiffer. There are a lot of different one so not all Commander springs are the same. Get Hemi tow package Commander springs. I have them front and rear and can definitely notice a difference. You can usually get a fairly low mileage set for a decent price from a Commander guy that upgraded to an OME lift.

Can anyone share any specifics on their experience running these in a WK? Did you get some lift? How about the rake from front to rear? Also Part numbers would be helpful, I know there are several different ones and my understanding is that the highest capacity would be the hemi with a tow package. Thank you all

I happen to have both a 2010 XK with 70k miles and my 2007 WK with 100k miles and I can tell you without question the GC suspension is MUCH stiffer than the Commander at least one our comparison models. It is not just butt and head snap noticeable but visual. I replaced the Grand Cherokee's shocks, struts and upper and lower ball joints at around 110k miles as well. The commander suspension is stiff but the WK is like a rock.
