Commander Diesel
Anyone heard of the diesel option being added to the Commander? My local sealer stated that it was coming but I have not found anything recent on the web to confirm this.

We in the UK have had them from day 1 don’t think I have ever seen a petrol commander.
But I guess this is not the info you are after.

I heard the same thing from my dealer, but nothing official from Chrysler yet.

There are rumors of the Commander's demise after the 2009 model year, so I doubt a new engine option for us in the States is likely.
