Chrome Window Sill Trim

Why Must Jeep Make The Quarter Panel Window Attached To The Chrome Trim Making It Cost $350!! I Have A Laredo And I Already Put On The Chrome Body Side Moldings And Now I Want To Put On The Window Sill Trim But It Costs Way Too Much. Is There Anyone Who Found A Cheaper Alternative By Using Some Type Of Tape?? Or Is There Anyone Near Long Island That Wants To Trade For Black??

well then i hope for your sake that you dont come across a sign that reads "CAUTION CLIFF" as your driving down the road. god forbid you get distracted and drive your jeep off a cliff and die, then you wouldnt be able to post any more worthless replies.

I haven't tried it, but I want to say that JC Whitney sells that tape you are talking about. Might be worth a shot.

I don't think you can. When my quarter panel window got smashed by a thief, the body shop had to replace the whole thing. They initially ordered the Laredo piece, and I asked them if they could just remove the trim and swap it, rather than wait another 2 days. They said it couldn't be done without breaking something.

It's so much easier to read your follow-up posts than the first one. It may annoy you to be called on it, but there's a reason why all caps and initial caps on every word are considered to be rude - because it's harder to read. We're not all 20 years old with great eyes.
