I like black but only on certain vehicles. As far as rubis go I think black would look a lot better than white. But on a wk I think white is the best color choice.

I was dinkin around in the back of my truck tonight and realized I couldn't see a damn thing. I didn't really want to go the led strip way with having to splice the wires and all that. So I just mounted a couple of those led click lights on the ceiling. Totally lights up the entire back and was free since I already had a couple of them laying around. They are mounted with velcro so I can take them off if they are in the way if the back is stuffed full of things. I would recommend this to anyone who for 1) wants a cheap easy way to get more light back there, and 2) doesn't want to go through the trouble of installing led strips. Currently I only have my phone to take pics but I'll post one up of the back lit up when I get my camera.

Didn't have time to do the lift today but I did have the time to do the fender trim mod. It was also very easy, actually even easier than the pinch weld mod since you don't have to take the wheel well out.

Here is the piece of plastic off

Flattened out

Taped up ready to be painted

Primed

Bed liner sprayed on

Now its just sitting drying. Plastic piece will go back on tomorrow when its fully dried. Lift goes on Tueday!!!

I love it. It's the HD. Much stiffer ride which I prefer. No more soggy feeling. And this is the first time I really got my WK in the mud. Went through a mud puddle that was like 20 feet long and maybe 3-3.5 feet deep. Nothing really crazy but man that QDII kicks some serious A$$. Had mud water coming up over the hood and just plowed right though. This is by far the funnest vehicle I have ever owned.
