CAI for 07 Commander

Need to know if any is running a cold air intake on a 07 Commander with 4.7. I have contacted K&N and they have no listing for the 07 just the 06 (K&N 63-1548). I have also searched for other CAIís, and found none. Iím not sure but I would imagine that the 2006 and 2007 should be compatible Does anyone know, or has tried the 06 (K&N 63-1548) on the 2007?

I would say the '06 and '07 would be the same thing.

Be sure and look into AEM as well. I'm not sure if they have covered the 4.7L engine yet, but I have a Brute Force Intake on my 5.7L, and noticed an immediate difference. Jeep magazine did a comparison a few months back, and K&N was toward the bottom of the barrel in regards to how much dirt actually made it through the filter. Plus, there is that whole he said-she said about the oil that you treat the K&N filter with clogging the mass airflow sensor and such.

Good Luck,
Casey

I have the 63 on my 07 and it fit just fine. I was worried about the same thing but just tried it and it worked out fine. It is the the same setup as the 06 so you will be ok.
