Better pics to come in the daylight.

Anyone have any issues with noises that sound like loose suspension parts when hitting bumps after doing the OME? I'm going to double check everything again, but it just rattles way more than it used too. Thoughts?

Ok- so I'm just taking this thread over as my build...

Since this latest post, I've done some more.

Next in line is my Rage Industries roof rack:

Then came my Rigid Indistries Dually's, 1 set of floods and another set of spots. I'm waiting on shop access and will be putting these on custom tabs on the rack, not positive yet but thinking they will go snug and low under the wind fairing.

Yesterday, the UPS Santa delivered again, and now we have deflate/inflate capabilities onboard. Pretty excited for this one, got it on sale which made it even sweeter!

Another fun setup, I scored a copy of the full WK shop manual on .pdf multilink, and to make it even cooler I managed to load it onto my tablet for easy use and portability to the garage. Makes tinkering and full bore work much easier thanks to torque specs and how to's on hand...

Has anyone found a way to get more of these switches and use them to control additional lights? I want to wire my rigid's to a pair of push switches that would look factory. I'm not really sure what I can get as far as logos go, it would be amazing if I can get blank logo switches and could label them myself.

Any links to the shop manual? I would like to find a copy?

I will look for a way to upload the zip'd file to a shareable portal. It's a pretty large file, even zip'd

Nice WK. I'm having issues with a clunk noise in my front right strut. It's starting to piss me off. I only hear it on small bumps. If I were to do the lift over I would change those large rubber rings, on the top and bottom of the springs. I suspect that is where the annoying clunk is coming from.

I'm really interested in getting that shop manual too. Can you provide a link?
I don't mind how big the file is. I download like 5-10 gigs a week

Thanks man. Keep up the good work. Looking good.

BTW... did you completely tighten down the nuts on the top of the struts? That seems to be a common thing that people miss with the OME lift. Those nuts need to be tweeked all the way.

Skrach, I really like those Rigid Industrie LED's. I think the square (ish) look is pretty awesome. Waiting by to see how you mount and wire. I am most likely going to get the Thule MOAB and mount a pair to that. Did those come with any of the wiring?

I found the wk shop maual HERE. You need a torrent client to download it. (2005-2008)

Yeah- they came with everything needed to wire then up I believe (still sitting in the box, have a lot going on right now) but I plan to do some tricky stuff with the switches it's more factory looking. As for mounting and wiring, I'm still deciding, but getting close.

I don't have any way to host the shop manual to upload it, but I'm working on a few things that might work- ill put it up on here when I figure it out.
