Brake light/turn signal problem

I have a 10' grand cherokee. When my headlights are turned off my 4ways, brake lights and turn signals all work. When i turn my running lights/headlights on only my back left turn signal, brake light, running light and 4way doesnt work. pulled fuses all are good... pulled bulb connections are beautiful... never looked for/checked ground because they all work when running lights/headlights are off. any suggestions... first jeep i have owned and has givenme many electrical problems not to happy with it right now... however my family has had jeeps all my life and never had problems, guess i got the ugly duckling..

I'm pretty much having the same problem. Except my four ways always work. When my parking lights are on my brake light on the left wont work but if they're off it works. Also, my turn signal on the left won't work & we can't figure out why. The bulbs good so is the fuses and the relay. I have a 2000 grand cherokee. Also the right side blinks incredibly fast but both front and back work. My left side just stays solid. If I take it to a professional they just say "it's a jeep thing".
