Toyo makes and exceptionally good tire. I run them on my diesel ram.

I put Cooper Discover ATP from discount tire on about 3k miles ago and they handle the roads great and are quiet. I have not had the off road or in adverse weather.

They are awesome! Much more aggressive than I thought they'd be. You really just have to see them in person. I got load range E and at 35 PSI, they ride great!

Fitting the Spare Tire

Jeep GC Laredo WK, 2008 (2009 model)
Question:
1. Will a 365/70/r17 fit in the spare location?
2. If not, what's the max that does fit?
3. Whats the solution to fitting a larger tire, and how large of a tire can fit in that augmented space?

I didn't see this posted elsewhere here. I'm about to do a lift & then larger tires. The recommended size I've seen for a 2-inch lift is 365/70/r17 - which is what I'm going with untill convinced otherwise.
I'm doing the Rocky Road 2.25 chuck/spacer lift and the 4xGuard JBA Upper A-arms. I'll upgrade shox/springs later (saving $$$).
Have any of you had problems with fitting a 365/70/r17 in the spare compartment? I've seen posts recomending a solution but don't understand exactly what augmentation they're explaining to get the larger tire to fit.
