Bank 2 Sensor 1 Location

Where is the bank 2 oxygen sensor 1 located? I know it is a downstream sensor and I located both directly after the cat, but I dont know which one it is? Thanks!

pass. side is bank 2. if you are looking for sensor 1 that would be the upstream sensor, 2 is the downstream sensor.

The guy at auto zone said downstream so that is what I bought...dang. The code is P0152.

I had some transmission work done and they replaced one of my up-streams bc they said it was bad, I bet they used a cheap one and that is why it is throwing a code.

I crawled under there and to no surprise the one they changed is throwing the code. They said it was bad and a light never came on for it which I thought was interesting....

MOPAR's like OEM or NGK O2 sensors. Others (like Bosch) may throw a DTC (diagnostic trouble code). Recommend you find out what brand was installed and then return to one of the preferred manufacturers.

Codes can be read here: http://www.wkjeeps.com/trouble_codes.htm
P0152 is Bank 2, Sensor 1 (passenger's side, front sensor).

Evidently when the drivetrain was assembled, they installed the transmission fill tube after the wiring. The wiring is between tube and transmission and it seems not possible to remove without either 1) removing tube or 2) cutting wires (sensor end).
