AutoCraft Gold AGM H7 Battery

My 07 GC WK has the original Mopar battery. It's going on 6 years. I was thinking of replacing it before Winter starts. I'm looking at the AutoCraft Platinum AGM H7 battery at Advanced Auto Parts. I don't want to get stuck during the Winter with a dead battery. Anyone have any luck with this AGM battery?

Thanks for the information. I'm looking at the AutoCraft Platinum AGM & the DieHard Gold Advanced AGM batteries. Both have a 3 year free replacement warranty. I'm leaning towards the AutoCraft Gold AGM. Advanced Auto Parts will install the new battery for free. Sears charges you for installation. They are probably made by the same battery company like Johnson Controls and then labeled for other brands.

Wal-Mart has a 94R / H7 battery made by Johnson Controls. 3 yr free replacement warranty at a great price. I believe Costco has a 94R / H7 battery now as well. Only 3 battery makes in North America (Johnson Controls, Exide and a third I can't remember right now)

Thanks for the update. I also read that East Penn makes the DieHard battery. East Penn also makes Deka batteries. Maybe they are the 3rd North American battery maker?

I checked the battery in my 07 WK. It's a Mopar 72 H7 with 750cca. It was installed October 2007. So it's lasted 6 years.
The AutoCraft Platinum AGM H7 battery that I'm looking at has 850cca. Is it ok to put a battery with more cca than the original factory battery?
I would think the more cca the better especially during the Winter.

I just put the exact same Autocraft in my 07. Works perfectly and cranks just fine.

I had a new Autocraft Platinum AGM H7 battery installed today for free @ Advance Auto Parts. I've had original Mopar 72 battery since 2007.
I saved $50 at Advance Auto Parts online using promo code HUGE50 on online orders over $175.

If you go advanced auto parts route, make sure you use one of their big coupons and buy it online before going to pick it up. You could save a substantial amount.
