Anyone use the waterless coolant?

They say you never have to change your collant again.

Wow. Their FAQ is the snake oiliest.

I think it actually sets a new record for how much I've seen a manufacturer abuse science and logic.

I was reading some reviews and most people liked it. Some complained that the heater didn't put out as much heat in the cold as with regular anti-freeze. That's a no-go for me! haha

You don't HAVE to change your coolant as it is. If you want a good and proper, well maintained cooling system you will.

I wouldn't trust this stuff.

I was just wondering...if anyone here actually used this?

I'm not really thinking of trying it. Even without water I still can't see the product not breaking down over time.

I don't think this stuff is worth it. For 4 gallons of waterless coolant you can get 10 of gallons of regular coolant concentrate. So as for cost you could change you coolant every 5-6 years for 30 years with standard coolant for about the same cost as this stuff. If your car ever has a leak with waterless colant you have to fill it up with that, if you don't you can lower the boiling point and cause other problems. With the regular collant you could top it off with water for the mean time then you add coolant to it to bring it back to the right mix.
