Anyone Have an MBRP Exhaust??

Hello all. Ive looked everywhere and can't find much info on the MBRP exhaust and how it sounds on a 4.7L. Its 3" piping so I think its a better choice than the Magnaflow. Can anyone tell me what they think of it and / or point me to a sound clip??

Thanks so much

I think they are more known for their diesel stuff, but all they do is exhaust.

www.mbrp.com

They are a vendor here.

Thanks for the post on the 5.7. I wish my WK was that bad *** but all I have is the 4.7. I have searched youtube and google like crazy but i've come up with nothing. I have come to the conclusion there is no sound clip or video of the 4.7 out there. If you have one please post; if not I may have to buy it and make the first clips!!!

I agree with you, there is no clip of it on the 4.7, and I couldn't find one of it on a 5.7 either. I did find their exhaust on a Ram with the Hemi, but that was it.

I bought it because of good reviews, and the price was right on the T-409 stainless, and it is the 3" system.

I know this is beyond when everyone was posting this but the MBRP Jeep 3" system is very loud inside the cabin when driving on back roads, bumps and even worse when someone is in the back sead the system slams against the axle somewhere. adjusted it 3 times to no end. Going with the magnaflow. loud outside quiet inside. 2007 jeep grand cherokee hemi 5.7

I have no such problems nor have I lost performance. Did you have a shop install it or did you do it yourself?

Did it myself, I am a mechanic and have done many aftermarket exhaust systems with no problems. Every vehicle preforms diffrently depending on air quality, fuel and how it is tuned. This system also lacks 1 set of hangers. there is alot of interior drone.

I have one. I installed it myself and have never had any problems with it hitting. I have had it and my Volcant for about 8 months now. It is a bit loud inside the cab at curtain rpms, but I never minded it. My wife does not care for the drone very much. I think I might try putting a 3" resonator on it to help kill the drone. I have a video on my profile.
