guys I recall driving through the dealership lot a year ago and I could've swore the 300c has metal (aluminum?) washer sprayers. perhaps check with the parts guy if you are buying a replacement washer sprayer, you really don't want to simply buy plastic again.

I just replaced both nozzles. The passenger side did not work, as it was broken I pulled a little to hard on the hose when installing the new nozzle and broke the driver side nozzle. I'm glad I bought two nozzles, as I planned to replace both of them anyway, I can now clean my windshield. Yes they are very pricey, ($21 each) but its something you have to have.

I had dealer replaced right side (passenger) windshield wiper nozzle because it cracked and disattached plastic tube with piece of nozzle plastic tube and then profound leaked. This was second time replaced and then sudden left side (driver) broke same way as right nozzle. I inspected as confirmed the plastic nozzle assembly was poor designed by Chrysler and allow it break off easily. The first one as they charge me near 60 dollars to replace the nozzle. The second nozzle was replaced under warranty but driver nozzle, again they want to charge me 60 dollars for a little job to replace the nozzle. I discovered Chrysler charge for the replacement nozzle was very high. I reported to Chrysler about nozzle problems several times and they just simple ignore this incident.
It is good time for you to speak out and file with NHTSA. I almost lost my Jeep as mud hit my windshield and unable to wash off because of broke nozzle again and again. This is sake for safety.
I have a similar issue with my wiper fluid system. The hose running between the two nozzle cracked in half and now no fluid comes out the nozzles. It just dumps on top of the engine. anyone had to replace the hoses??
Just replaced my passenger side spray nozzle assembly. It broke off at the nozzle connection and the tubular plastic piece stayed in the fluid supply hose.
The plastic nipple was brittle and came out in little pieces. Mine had a build date of Sept. 2007, so I'm thinking the nozzle just aged and got brittle from heat/cold exposure.
It was ~$22.50 (pricey). The shop manual says it has a check valve integral with the assembly.
