Anybody know that exact capacity of our windshield washer reservoir?

I cleared it out today to get rid of the dealer's diluted fluid and dumped about 7/8 of a gallon of fluid and it still didn't seem filled up.

The low fluid warning is pretty neat, never driven a car with one of those before.

Anybody know the capacity?

Mine (07 CRD 4x4) holds a gallon when the light comes on.

a lot

I think it is bigger than the gas tank. Seriosuly, I had to refill the washer fuid like once a week with my wife driving in our other vehicle. I finally had the low level light come on about a week ago after owning the jeep for about 6 months.

A gallon when the warning comes on? Wow, this thing must be a monster.

edit: I realized you probably meant a gallon of fluid would fill it up after the light came on.

I can see if you do off road then a HUGE reservoir would be necessary.
