The noises aren't constant..

If I go over a bump the wrong way once in ablue it'll make a nnoise its not like its always there its not that bad but knowing my truck I know it's there

ok thanks. this is probably another dumb ? but with the lift and bigger tires do you have to do any electronic re- calibration for any sensors or anything.

With bigger Tires the speedo will be off a little bit I think its like 3% there's a website to tell you how much it will be off it's really like your going 57 instead of 55

My speedo is off 10% going from 235 65 17 to 265 70 17. If it says 60 I'm actually doing 66. Your odometer is also going to be off by the same amount. In my opinion not worth the price to recalibrate it.

2005 WK 3.7L Laredo. RC 2", 265 70 17 Bridgestone Dueler Revo 2's. Class III OEM hitch added. Bilstein Struts. Monroe Load Levelers (58643).

Now that were on the subject of this would that mean your actually adding countless miles on your truck that you didn't drive .... if you drove an hour at 66 MPH you just added one mile that you "didn't drive"?

Well correction it would add less miles since your going faster then it says
