Next was the Belly Guard - A big PITA to do by yourself

Slapped these two together, I probably should have tightened them just a little more than what I did because now I have to craw back under tomorrow, take it off, and retighten the two skids together a little better. I thought they'd be a little more accessible after actually putting them on - this turns out not to be the case (in my experience).

Using my body as a means to balance this thing along the belly so I can put these on. I've actually become quite good at this now.

Front Suspension Last

Removed the lower swaybar mounting bolt (passenger and driver side) and the cooler line assembly (just driver side)

Installed driver and passenger side brackets. (Passenger side bracket has the little tab (that I ended up NOT using).

Finally slapped that baby on. (again using my body as leverage to balance the skid - meanwhile I accumulated several scars in the process. But I won't share pics of that)

Alright, others can finally get a word in edge wise
Seriously though, nice build thread AJ. I have tried following the one you had linked but I guess I'm not smart enough to navigate that other forum.
You've done a lot of work to your WK - looks great!

Nice build! I have to agree with you about installing the belly skid. What a pain that was to install!

Nice AJ! Welcom back That is a good list you have going there. Might I suggest the ARB High Output compressor (CKMA12) instead of the Compact compressor (CKSA12). The compact isn't designed for tire inflation which is what I assume you want it for. In the description it even states (the CKSA12 Only operates Air Lockers).

See How It Was Made

Thank you Nathan. Im glad you pointed that out about the air compressor, because I noticed that in the description on the JBA site, I just never though to fix my list. But yeah, the air compressor is for tire inflation...

Thanks, Menden. Appreciate it.

Its come a long way since I first came to JF, Jeepn4KC.

I love you Chris.... And all 8 inches of your..... Lift

Probably not. I think it would like kind of silly, and I really enjoy the metallic-steel contrast to the rest of the metal that is underneath.
