Check all the connectors under the front seats. They may have popped one loose with an aggressive vacuum extension.
And it looks like the right section to me? 2006 gc=wk ??

My airbag light goes on as well but everything looks connected when i checked under the seat. I initially checked under the seat, because my car thinks someone is always sitting in the passengers seat. Not to jack you thread but i would also know if anyone knows what could be wrong.

X2. Double check fuses etc. More then likely its the connectors though considering they probably rammed a vacuum hose under it.
And your in the correct section..

I had this problem in my 08 Avenger. I took a zip tie and tied the connector under the passenger seat as tight as I could get it. Solved the problem. My wife drives it now and she has never seen the light.

Is there a way to close this thread since it was moved?

What I was told (because mine does the same thing) is that something may have gotten under the seat or pushed up on the sensor in the seat that uncalibrated the sensor. It may need to be recalibrated by the dealer..

hate to pay the $100.00 for them to do something that could be very simple to fix.

I assume because it was still in the WK2 section? If that was the case (cannot remember what I did) a thread can have an expiring redirect link anywhere from 1 hour to 10 years, or No Redirect or Perm. redirect. I will usually do 1 day so if the person wants to find it by going back to the [wrong] section they can. After that the link goes away and they can find it in their My Threads link.
