After BB and bilsteins rear suspension rattle

So I got the installation done. All bolts have been checked and double checked. I threw it on the hoist and everything seems good and tight. But when it get it on the road there is a rattle in the rear suspension. Is there something I am missing here?

Thanks again!

Have you checked all the bushings? Swaybar links, control arms?

I didn't have a chance to get it back on the hoist. I am taking it in tomorrow to get my tires done so I think I will have them take a look at it while they have it up ad see if they can ID the issue.

It is most likely the shocks. The spacer that goes in the bushing is less than ideal. I made my own from 3/8" pipe nipples, they fit tight in the bushing and I was able to make them to the right length.

2007 WK CRD, Bilstein 5100's set at .75" RC rear spacer, OME MD springs F/R. At 22" front 23" rear hub to fender. JBA control arms, 1.25" Spidertrax spacers, Fierce Attitude MT's, 4XGuard front skid, Full LED interior swap, 9012 low, 9011 high/driving light bulb swap. Swirl motor resistor mod, Front pinch weld mod...
