95GC water in passenger well.

My passenger side gets soaked when it rains, pulled carpet up to dry and find origin of leak,no luck!Heater core looks and feels bone dry, door trims all dry.I still have to check the roof rack to see if any holes under rack and checking foam by firewall I read that can leak.Don't know where else to check!!

Post your question in the ZJ section they will know a lot more about the problem than we will here. Good luck!

Just in case you check this thread and, as a former ZJ owner, do a search in ZJ forum on AC leak. It is a common issue having to do with leaves plugging up the AC drain which stupidly drains into the frame rail and cannot be accessed. The fix involves drilling a quarter inch hole in the exact middle of the round section of the inside air box under the glove compartment. You can then either ream out with coat hanger or blow out with compressed air using small tubing. Been there done that. Good luck and thanks for the ZJ memories.

Sorted the leak, after removing the roof rack discovered one of the screws holding the rack to the roof was missing, replaced screw after draining out over a couple of days eveything is bone dry, gone out in the rain .......still dry! never discovered how the water reached the floor from the roof but hopefully it won't happen again.

Thanks for posting the resolution of the problem. Could help someone in the future although having a missing screw in the roof rack is not very common from my years on the ZJ forum. Glad it was resolved.
