4xGuard Front Skid

Hey guys. Just lookin for some opinions here. Ever since I removed my air dam the WK has been beggin' for a front skid. I was lookin at 4xGuards web site and saw they offered the skid in Silver or Black. Not sure which I want to go with so I figured I'd see what you guys thought. Also, I relocated my Bull Bar and can't decide if I want the "brush guard" on it. I think it looks better off, but it does actually add some needed protection for the lower radiator. So vote and leave some comments if you have them. Let me know your thoughts. Here are some pics with and without the brush guard. Sorry they're so big.

Does anyone have a picture of their WK with the black 4xGuard front skid. Or any wk w/ the black skid on it. On their website I only see pictures of the silver/grey one.

if you plan to keep the chrome accents (not the brush guard) than go with the silver skid.

Really...... I thought the black would look better with the chrome then the silver. I hated the silver rims with the chrome accents, they looked so dull. So I switched to chrome and that was way to much bling. So I ended up w/ black. I think it's interesting that most people are voting for the silver though.

I would take the bull bar off and put on the silver skid.

Or, take the bull bar off + black out the grill + black skid.

The silver skid will definitely accent the grill better than silver wheels would(did). The black one would completely blend in and basically be invisible (but would be a nice touch if you were blacking out everything.)

I like the black 4xguard skid. It sits up well under the bumper and the front just goes beyond the lipof where the air dam would be. But, I have a black WK and wanted to keep the theme. The silver would have clashed with the chrome.

brutusjeep I was thinking the same thing. would you mind posting a pic. I assume you have the chrome grill like me. Yours should look exactly like mine minus the bull bar.

4" HID floods and 7" HID drivers from www.hidfoglight.com. They make a 9" HID driver/spot as well.
