4.7 cams?

So, I've noticed a distinct lack of performance cams for the 4.7... How much of a power gain (and torque) would I be looking at to swap in some older HO cams, or would it be worth my while to have my cams welded and ground?

I swapped in ho cams in my old truck and was rather impressed. Didn't make it a race truck by any means but definitely up on power. If I were to do it again though, I'd get 206 cams.
