3.7 valve cover gasket help!!

ok guys, need some help here, is there any tricks to get the driver side valve cover gasket off a 3.7? ive already done the passenger side and it wasn't bad at all, but I cant see any easy way to do the driver side and repair instructions from jeep and Mitchell are about worthless

any advice would be awesome!!
