3.7 Misfire - Codes

I have an 06 WK 3.7 with 87000 miles on it. Has run great since I purchased it 4 years ago. Just drive it about 7 miles to the store, started it to leave and the CEL lit. I shut it off and checked the codes:

P0206 - Cylinder 6 Injector Circuit Malfunction
B3005 - RR door ajar circuit open
U0199 - Lost Communication With "Door Control Module A"
P20C1 - Reductant Heater C Control Circuit
U0184 - lost communication with radio

I started it back up and it idled rough. Drove it across the parking lot and had to ease on the gas to go. Will not rev above 2100 in neutral. I know it says a cylinder 6 injector malfunction. After I drove home, I checked the codes again and it added one more:

P1330 - Spark timing adjust signal

The door and radio codes make sense seeing as I just replaced the rear speakers and fixed a bad wire on the front driver door speaker. I do not understand the P20C1 code....

My question is could this be as simple as a bad plug? (replaced about 35000miles ago) I listened to the injectors with a stethoscope and they all sound the same. I plan on looking at everything in the morning but wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.
