2010 Grand Cherokee Laredo Trailer Plug

Have no power at Trailer Plug, followed harness from plug forward and all is clean and undamaged by appearance where I can see it. Tested fuses and relays and even swapped them around with same rated fuses and relays from systems that operate correctly, and they worked correctly. Even tested fuse in harness right next to fuse boxes and that was good per test. All other lights on jeep are working, only problem is at plug. Is there a fuse, breaker, super secret switch, handshake or magic phrase I do not know about to get power to factory trail plug so I can tow my trailer and not have to stop and socialize with every law officer I pass by.

I think you have to take it into have the trailer wiring activated if you did not have the towing package factory installed.
