2010 Fobik wont fully program at dealer.

I bought 2 new and uncut key fobik off ebay. Brought them to the dealer for programming. They were only able to program them to start the Jeep when in the ignition. They could not program the buttons, lock, unlock, remote start and hatch.

I am guessing I learned a lesson but any options for me?

The ones you bought on eBay are likely "unlocked". Companies buy "used" FOBIKS and put new shells/button pad/key blade on them, and basically flash them to be virgin chips (No longer married to a different vehicle), and sell them cheap.

Contact the eBay seller and notify them of this, and have the dealer put that on paper for you that they can't program the remote part. When I use my equipment to program these, it programs the remote portion automatically at the same time so i'm not sure whats going on.

Hopefully it all works out, do you have an eBay link for the one you bought exactly?

As it turns out, the reseller told me they sent out some bad Fobiks. They sent me another set which the dealer was able to fully program.
