2008 jeep grand diesel injector replacement

Hi I have an 08 diesel grand and last year I had the middle on driver side injector crap out. It was covered under warranty and was replaced and the one in front was cleaned and O rings replaced. Just over a year now and no warranty the same 2 are melted and need to be replaced. Any advice would be appreciated.

first, trow your foam covers away. Then soak the mess with degreaser, and pressure wash it. Go to ebay order the strech bolt and o-ring, might want the miller tool to remove the injector. Can try to look on Sprinter forums, they had couple spriters with the same problems. Had the same problem with mine, but i d'ont have the foam cover, so i did see it before the crap came out.

If the same (2) are melted they probably torqued them wrong OR didn't clean the injector cylinder correctly. The o-rings blew out and need to be replaced again. It has probably been bad for a while.

If you're going to do them yourself.. like he said above.
