2007 CRD intake manifold can't be repaired?

Lithia Dodge is telling me intake manifold is bad and needs to be replaced but they don't have the tooling or expertise. $4,000 estimate but they can't complete it.

What shall I do? Any good mechanics in the SF Bay Area?

Thanks for any help. Please e mail me if you can help.

Mark@soilandrocks.com

Please put Jeep CRD in subject line.

Thanks a million!
