2006 WK Stereo Controls

I have seen on the WJ's that you can purchase a wiring kit and the buttons so that you can have the Stereo Controls on the steering wheel. I was curious if this is possible on the 2006 WK. I have searched for some posts on this but have come back empty handed. Thanks for the help

Well I have steering wheel controls on my '06 wk, so I am sure there is a way to do it. How much it would cost and what the pain would be I do not know.

you can but the switches for them from the dealer and if you take the steering wheel apart you can add them in. you do have to cut some holes in the back of the steering wheel to do it. it thought i saw a thread on here where someone posted pics of adding them. maybe try a search to try and find it. there will be a connector in yoru steering wheel to hook them up. plug n play minus the hole cutting part
