2006 WK 4.7 Random Vibration

Hi, I've read a few threads about "random vibrations" but none seemed to hit my problem on the head. I have a 2006 WK 4.7 AWD that I bought in December 2013, it has 74k miles on it. I drove it over 400 miles from where I bought it to my house without a problem. Everything was fine. Then a few days later I started it up, and I park on a hill so the rear end was pointed up, and the nose was pointed down, let it idle for 30 seconds or so and took off down the road. I live in the country and get up to the speed limit of 55 quickly. About 2 miles after I get on the road, I'm going about 55 mph or so and the vibration starts to happen, not very noticeable at first, and then it gets worse to where it's vibrating the vehicle. So I stopped and took off again and it didn't do it again. So I thought it may need a tranny filter/fluid change, so I did that. The next day after having that changed it did it again. Again, I stopped and immediately took back off again and it didn't do it again. Now that night I pulled into my parking spot with the nose facing upwards and the rear facing down. Got in it the next morning, took off and it drove perfectly fine. So ever since then, this is how I've parked it and it hasn't gave me any problems. But if I park with the read a little higher than the front, it will vibrate if I get up to 35 mph or more. It will vibrate rarely now from just driving also, but very rare. Had one person tell me if may have to do with a check valve in the tranny? If anyone has had this issue, or knows of anything. Please help. Only reason I bought it with lower miles is because I thought it wouldn't have any issues, boy was I wrong.
