2006 Grand Cherokee 4.7 with slight miss

My wife's 2006 4.7 Grand Cherokee with 160,000 miles is starting to miss intermittently. I feel it only during acceleration or pulling up a grade. So far the MIL light is not on, and no DTC codes are shown.
What should I suspect as most likely?

How are the plugs? I'm surprised you don't have any codes already
