18" rims

hi folks,

i definitely decided to buy 18" rims as summer rims with tires.
but, i need a help or some kind of advice from you.
at http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp, you can arrange a stock wheel and the desired one. also there is mentioned following:

OEM tires: 245/65-17 (750x245mm). Bolt pattern: 5x127 (5x5). Offset: 30 to 55 mm. Tires up to 790x285mm. Rims up to 24x10.0".

i dont know exactly, because one thing is web program and another is reality.
i searched following rims suitable for WK, check them out:
i want go with 255/55-18 tires.

9Jx18, 5x5", offset 35

9Jx18, 5x5", offset 35

8,5Jx18, 5x5, offset 45
http://www.az-pneu.sk/index.php?goto...&zobrazit_x=77

8Jx18, 5x5, offset 40
http://www.az-pneu.sk/index.php?goto...&zobrazit_x=77

8Jx18, 5x5, offset 35/40

when i set values of e.g. 9Jx18 ET35, at www.rims-n-tires.com in field clearance - fender is shown that package will stick out 1" farther.
for me it doesnt matter, which rims i ll buy from above linked, but i want to know if everything concerning them shown at rims-n-tires, will be in real life good for me - no rubbing, no touching with fenders, steering parts etc.

thanks guys

there shouldnt be any clearance issues...the only clearancing issues are when running bigger than the size you are looking at...i.e. the knucklebolt coming down sometimes needs to be trimmed. you'll be fine...18" rim is good with that tire width/height
