07 Commander problems

My wifes 07 4.7 2wd limited Commander is having some kind of electrical issue. She will be driving then the dash lights will flick on and off and the hvac will flick on and off at the same time. The head lights flick on and off with the dash and the hvac as well. Now the motor is starting to die a the same time when this issue starts. It seems to be a random occurrence, but its getting worse. I have replaced the alternator and battery at the same time so far. I really need to get this problem resolved, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Bump.

So no one here has had this issue at all? There is no aftermarket parts installed. This is factory stock other than replacement parts on the motor.
