06 commander trans problems

Hi guys I hope this has not been covered or if it has could someone please send me the link.
I have an 06 Commander and the trans in the morning after start up and put into gear hesitates and won't shift into drive then it does. If you forget and try to take off nothing happens until it decides to go into gear then it hits hard.
I have taken it to the dealership and they said there was a bad valve in the filter causing the problems. They fixed it and NOPE still does it.
Went to another dealer and they said it was a bad valve body so they replaced it and once again NOPE started doing it again after a week.
Anyone know what this might be.
If I take it to the dealer one more time I have the perfect solution I'm going to become david copperfield and make it disapear in to thin air. Not sure how but I would really like to.
