05 WK Sunroof Leaking

Hello, I have a 2005 WK limited with a leaky sunroof. The front edge of the sunroof is not flush with the roof when closed but hangs low about 1/8 inch. If you push up gently on the glass the sunroof closes tight. Does anyone have any experience with adjusting the sunroof so that it closes flush. Currently I have the headliner out of the truck, and I checked all the drainlines for clogs and kinks so they are OK. Any help with this would be greatly appriciated.

Thank you

Here's the TSB on this issue:

Looks like you need the StarScan tool, so I don't think you can do it yourself.

Front, rear... whatever. That TSP pdf includes the procedure for un-calibrating & re-calibrating the sunroof. As yours isn't closing properly, that would logically be a good first step....

Mine got pushed down by a high pressure blast of air in the dryer section of a car wash. I got lucky.. all I needed to do was to open the sunroof and close it and no more leak. I kind of support it with my hand when I go thru the car wash now and that seems to be doing the trick.
