05 JGC HVAC Clicking

Hi all, new to site.

My wife has an 05 JGC 4x2. Whenever the controls for the blend doors are adjusted (face/floor or vice versa) the dash clicks like crazy. It sounds like the door actuators are receiving a signal to go beyond their range. I have replaced all the blend door actuators, and the blower motor resistor (just figured i would mention the resistor, it only worked on high once). I have checked the blend doors freedom of movement and they easily move by hand. I have also tried disconnecting the battery for an hour (maybe reset the system?) I dont know where to go from here! Help!
