Now Abs light is and On VIC screen it says service ABS system. I am about to buy a Code reader but before I do that i decided to post here any see if anybody has gone through this.

hi Everybody,
I bought a Actron CP 9449 ABS Brake Scan Tool on ebay For $60 shipped and just checked my wifes Jeep's ABS codes. This is a nice tool to have / invest because dealership wanted $90 just to look up/read the codes. This thing can read ABS codes and OBD diognostic codes. Following is the list of codes showed up and I really would appreciate your help.

Code 1 : U0100 Lost Communication With ECM/ PCM
Code 2 : C1044 Right Rear Tone Wheel Performance
Code 3 : C1035 Right Rear Wheel Speed Comparative Performance
Code 4 : C1049 Right Rear Wheel Pressure Phase Monitoring
Code 5 : C1032 Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Erratic Performance

So What I am thinking is Jeeps Right Rear Wheel ABS sensor is bad and causing all these codes.
Thank you For your help
Sammy

Hi
Code 2, 3 and 5 yes possible sensor fault or you have something wrong relating to the tone wheel (half shaft bearing/ seal). Did you clear them and see what came back?
