Thank you!!

Downloaded...like the other copies of the Service Manuals I have, nothing on the diesel engine. The Dodge Sprinter service manual has information on the CRD engines though.

Mostly because the US doesn't have diesel GCs... (Canada does). Therefore it can be hard to find this manual.

Well, I have some stuff about the Fuel system on the 3.1L DIESEL engine, specifically this engine.. Does that help?

The Grand Cherokee Diesel was offered for sale in the US from 2007 through 2009. I have one.

Thanks! I've got a Haynes manual on order, but this will help answer a lot of questions until it comes in. This will make for a great back up.

The Haynes manual is good too, I have them both.

What I don't like about the haynes is that it won't tell you some basic stuff, like "ball joint should only be replaced by a professional mechanic"... Like, WTF?

With both manuals you should be covered.

When I had my '02, the heater core was leaking. In the Haynes it even said it was going to be a big job.....Boy, they weren't kidding!
