New to Jeeps, from Rochester, NY

I just traded my 2004 Subaru WRX that I had for nearly 10 years (bought it new) for a 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo with the 3.7L engine. I needed to get something that the wife could drive since she didn't like the stick shift in the WRX and I just wanted to get something with AWD/4WD. Never really considered a Jeep, but a guy offered it as an almost straight up trade. I'll be honest, I miss my Subaru, but so far I like the WK, we'll see how it goes. I don't have any plans to modify or take it off-road since it'll be a family vehicle more than anything else. I've been perusing the forum here and it seems like a pretty friendly group.
