Hi. Owner of a 1971 DJ-5

Hi, I just joined this forum yesterday after typing in the serial number for a 1970 DJ-5 that I parted out as I bought a 70 and 71 on ebay for $400 and the 70 had a GM motor and transmission and I'm in a bow tie family but I wanted the power of six and the speed of three. So far my dad and I have rebuilt the motor, we think redid the wiring and now we are on the paint and body but I hate it so its sitting and we will see what happens with the trannsmission when we are done too since we don't know a thing.
