1968 jeepster commando

Need help! Looking to 1968 jeepster commando. Currently does not run has not been on or off road in over 2 years. Top and body has some rust. Other than that in good condition. Please help me figure out what i should pay for it

Sorry don't have a clue. What I did is get a good look at what work you think it needs price without labor if you are doing it your self versus how much they go for running and in good condition. A little back of the envelope stuff. Then how bad do you want it and are they willing to get rid of it cheap enough.
